At WCCS, our approach is built on Care, Compassion, and Community. We provide structured home support services designed to assist clients with daily living needs while also supporting caregivers and families through reliable communication, professional service, and thoughtful care planning.Our services are centered on helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their home environment. Whether a family needs companion care, personal care assistance, homemaker support, respite care, transportation support, or medication reminders, our goal is to deliver care with professionalism, respect, and consistency.
Founded by Shontel A. Watters, MSN, RN, Whole Community Care Solutions combines nursing leadership, community-centered values, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable individuals and families. I’m Shontel Watters, Founder and Owner of Whole Community Care Solutions. I’m a registered nurse with 15+ years of healthcare experience, a Navy veteran, and I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health Nursing.
Over the years, nursing has allowed me to see families at some of their most vulnerable moments. I have seen how overwhelming it can feel when a loved one needs extra help at home, and I have also seen how much peace the right support can bring.
Whole Community Care Solutions was created from my heart, my experience, and my desire to make a meaningful impact in my community.
My goal is simple: to support caregivers, stabilize the home, and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
