Whole Community Care Solutions, LLC provides compassionate, professional, and dependable non-medical in-home support and family-centered service coordination. Our services are designed to support safety, dignity, independence, organization, and peace of mind for individuals and families.
Our services may include companion/sitter services, personal care support, transportation/escort support, family paperwork organization, notary-related support when available, care binder setup, and other non-medical administrative or support services, depending on licensing status, service availability, client needs, and applicable law.
Whole Community Care Solutions does not provide services outside the scope of its legal authority, licensing status, service agreements, or applicable regulations.
3. No Emergency Services
Whole Community Care Solutions is not an emergency medical provider and does not provide emergency response services.
If there is a medical emergency, safety emergency, mental health crisis, suspected abuse, immediate danger, chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe injury, fall with injury, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent situation, call 911 or seek immediate emergency assistance.
Do not use our website, email, social media, voicemail, or online forms for emergencies.
4. Non-Medical Service Disclaimer
Unless specifically authorized, licensed, and documented in a written service agreement, Whole Community Care Solutions does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, skilled nursing care, therapy, medication administration, legal advice, financial advice, guardianship services, case management under a government program, or emergency medical services.

Avoid requesting staff to perform tasks outside the approved service agreement or legal scope of services
7. Website Content
The content on our website, social media, flyers, brochures, forms, and printed materials is provided for general informational, educational, and business communication purposes.
We strive to keep information accurate and updated; however, we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation.
Whole Community Care Solutions may update, remove, or revise website content at any time without notice.
8. Inquiries, Forms, and Communication
When you submit an inquiry form, contact form, referral form, email, text message, or social media message, you agree that Whole Community Care Solutions may contact you using the information provided.
Submitting information does not create a client relationship unless and until all required paperwork is completed, the service is accepted by WCCS, and any required service agreement is signed.
9. Consent to Communication
By providing your phone number, email address, or mailing address, you authorize Whole Community Care Solutions to contact you regarding inquiries, appointments, consultations, services, paperwork, billing, follow-up, business updates, or related communication.
You may request to stop receiving non-essential marketing messages. Service-related, billing-related, legal, safety, or compliance-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
10. Payments, Fees, and Billing
Fees, rates, payment terms, cancellation policies, deposits, refunds, late fees, travel fees, notary fees, administrative fees, and service charges will be outlined in the applicable service agreement, invoice, estimate, fee schedule, or written communication.
Payment may be required before or at the time services are provided unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
Whole Community Care Solutions reserves the right to pause or discontinue non-emergency services for unpaid balances, failure to comply with payment terms, or failure to complete required paperwork, subject to applicable law and written agreements.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients or responsible parties should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling services. Cancellation fees or minimum-hour charges may apply if stated in the service agreement, fee schedule, invoice, or written policy.
Repeated cancellations, unsafe conditions, unpaid balances, or failure to communicate may result in service review, service modification, or service termination.
12. Transportation and Escort Services
If transportation or escort support is provided, the specific details, limitations, responsibilities, fees, and authorization requirements must be documented in writing.
Whole Community Care Solutions may require written authorization before using a client’s personal vehicle, accessing client funds for errands, assisting with shopping, or providing transportation-related support.
Transportation services may be limited by staff availability, insurance requirements, vehicle requirements, client mobility needs, safety conditions, and company policy.
13. Notary and Paperwork Support Disclaimer
When notary support or paperwork organization services are offered, Whole Community Care Solutions may assist with organizing documents, preparing for appointments, identifying missing paperwork, providing general administrative support, or connecting families with mobile notary services.
Notary services do not include legal advice, document drafting, legal interpretation, immigration advice, financial advice, estate planning advice, or selecting which documents a person should sign.
Clients are responsible for understanding the documents they sign. Anyone with legal questions should consult a licensed attorney.
14. Care Binder and Family Organization Services
Care binder, family paperwork, and command center services are administrative organization services only. These services are intended to help families organize information, contacts, appointments, documents, and care-related paperwork.
These services do not replace medical care, legal advice, financial planning, case management, guardianship, social work services, insurance advice, or government benefit representation unless specifically stated, authorized, and legally permitted.
15. User Conduct
Users of our website and services agree not to:
